Join us for a curated matcha tasting experience.
As a special feature of the Filter and Flow exhibition, we are delighted to welcome our talented home-grown baker @dilutedcoke and soulful Matcha-rista @foodeatsmary, guiding us through this intimate session with their expertise and passion.
Participants will prepare their own matcha using chosen artisanal bowls by @syncstudio.sg. The hands-on workshop covers insight into 4 unique matcha cultivars and their flavors, basic matcha preparation with a step-by-step guide to making Usucha, practical tips on choosing your matcha and matcha bowl. The session ends on a sweet note with bakes by @dilutedcoke completing the full experience.
- Inclusive of 1 Chasen.
- Inclusive of 1 Bowl worth $68.
- Bowl Value can be topped up for bowls on exhibition if preferred.
