Snow-Capped is crafted from a highly plastic clay body, which leaves a beautiful natural pale orange flush along the glaze where it interacts.
The White Top evokes a cool, wintry season, while the matte charcoal gray evokes the earthy and majestic mountains; a connection with the divine—a bridge between heaven and earth.
The interaction between the two glazes yields a soft greyish blue, milky-white hue. Combined with the clay’s tearing marks, this piece becomes a lovely, usable work of art that honors mother nature.
